Please Reset iPhones and iPads Before Recycling

When we recycle Mac products such as iPhones at Seattle Electronics Recycling, many times we can not reset them. They are still logged into an iCloud account. If the recycled iPhone and iPads are not logged out of iCloud, they can not be reset, and recycled for re-use. Please reset any iPhone, and iPad before you recycle it so we can find it a new home hopefully. Thanks. If you can reset the device do so, and write the password on a note, and tape it to the device.
